1. ELGIBILITY: Contest open to legal United States citizens or legal residents, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. All entries must be received as completed "customer feedback" forms. Eligibility is restricted to Richards Industries customers and/or product recipients. Entrant may be required to provide proof of product order/receipt, if, for any reason, customer/product recipient status is questioned. Employees of Richards Industries Valve Group, their immediate families, or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter and win. Only one entry per order will be allowed. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. ENTRY: To enter, go to www.jordanvalve.com, www.marwinvalve.com, www.bestobellsteamtraps.com, www.hexvalve.com, www.steriflowvalve.com, or www.lowflowvalve.com after receipt of any Richards Industries order. Locate and complete "Customer Feedback" form. All required fields, as marked by a red asterisk, must be completed. All entrants agree to allow Richards Industries and its Product Divisions to print their name, city and state for Contest promotional purposes, in the event that the entrant becomes a contest winner, without further consideration or compensation, unless prohibited by law. 3. TO WIN: Random drawings will be on a monthly basis on the last day of each month. One entry per drawing will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Prizes will be awarded either by Richards Industries or by its affiliated Product Divisions in a timely manner. Each winner will receive one (1) American Express Gift Certificate in the sum of $50.00. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Richards Industries and its affiliated Product Divisions reserves the right to substitute the gift certificate with a prize of equal or greater value, if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the eligible number of entries received for each drawing. Prize winners will be notified by their registered e-mail address. Winners must respond within 5 working days with their valid shipping address, or the prize is forfeit and a new winner will be randomly selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Richards Industries Valve Group reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factory beyond reasonable company control impairs the integrity of the contest, as determined by Richards Industries, and in their sole discretion. Richards Industries reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, or acting in violation of any of these official rules. Richards Industries will not be held responsible for any lost, late or misdirected emails, or electronic, hardware or software failure/problems of any kind. By accepting a prize, all winners agree that Richards Industries, its affiliated Product Divisions, and all of the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of Richards Industries Valve Group, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by, winner for any liability, for any injury, loss or damages of any kind, to winner or other persons, including (without limitation) injuries, loss or damages arising out of or relating to death, and, injuries, damages or losses to property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this giveaway.
