J-Pure Series The J-Pure Series has a durable valve body and metal trim components that are machined from 316L SST barstock and mechanically polished to 20Ra (ASME BPE SF2) micro-finish as a standard surface finish. The valve is outfitted with the proprietary Jorlon diaphragm - an FDA approved, USP Class VI compliant material which provides superior accuracy and longevity compared to other diaphragm materials. This makes the J-Pure ideal for the wide range of high purity gas applications found in biopharama plants such as clean filtered air, nitrogen purge systems, process blanket, gas or process gasses. The J-Pure is a high capacity, high turndown regulator which eliminates the need for reduced trim designs. The materials of construction also enable J-Pure to withstand the rigors of SIP and CIP processes.
