MK6800HP Series The Mark 6800HP is a line of self-operated pressure regulating valves for use on high pressure industrial gas and liquid services to 4,000 psi (275,8 bar). The MK6800HP features exceptional accuracy with high flow capacities and simple in-line maintainability.

For durability and dependable service, the 1/2" - 1" valves are constructed of total barstock, with all stainless steel components. The stainless steel plugs are available with hard seats, or with a variety of soft seats that include Stellite, Zymaxx, and Teflon. Balanced trim can be provided with all seat types.

Easy to maintain and service — the seat can be quickly accessed through the bottom cap, while the piston and cylinder are accessible from the top. Piston drops in to allow easy range changes.
The MK6800HP utilizes variable piston sizes — spring selection and trim balancing to accommodate a wide range of operating conditions with excellent sensitivity.
Tight shutoff — choose hard seating (ANSI CLass III, IV) or soft seating (for ANSI Class VI bubble-tight shutoff)
Rugged design — including total barstock construction, stainless steel components and hard or soft seats (including Zymaxx®)
