Jordan Valve offers two types of industrial mixing/diverting control valves.
The Mark 79MX series is a 3 way mixing valves used to mix two flows together or divert flow through a bypass line. It is designed for applications where flow needs to be redirected or blended smoothly.
The valve is available in 1½″ and 2″ sizes and is made from carbon steel or stainless steel for durability. It can be supplied with either flanged or threaded connections to fit different piping systems.
The valve provides a maximum flow capacity of up to 30 Cv and uses durable internal trim materials. It is operated using standard 3–15 psi air pressure, with other control ranges available if needed.
The Mark 39 series is a motor-operated, electric three way mixing valves used to direct or mix flow automatically. It can be configured for diverting service (Mark 39) or mixing service (Mark 39MX), depending on the application.
The valve is available in sizes ranging from ¼″ to 2″, with larger models offered in 1½″ and 2″ sizes. It comes with threaded or flanged connections for easy installation and is built using durable materials such as ductile iron, bronze, carbon steel, or stainless steel.
The valve provides tight shutoff (ANSI Class IV) for reliable control. It operates on 24 VAC power and supports multiple control signal options, including on/off control and proportional control, making it compatible with most automation systems.
