The Mark 17X Series heavy-duty flameproof/explosion-proof valve positioner is a CSA-approved positioner rated Ex d IIC T6/T5, Class 1, Zone 1, Group A, with additional ATEX and IECEx certifications.
Designed for precise control valve operation, it accurately controls valve stroke using a 4–20 mA input signal and features torque motor control for enhanced resistance to moisture, dust, and vibration.
The Mark 17X flameproof valve positioner also supports analog feedback and selectable split ranges of 4–12 mA or 12–20 mA. It is suitable for demanding environments, with operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C (T5) or -40°C to +70°C (T6).
